Initial Comments:
An onsite follow-up survey conducted on January 13, 2023 found that Renal Care Group-Millersburg had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B, C, and D, Conditions for Coverage of Suppliers of End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Services. As a result of the follow-up survey, the condition level citations cited at: 494.30 Infection Control and 494.40 Water & Dialysate Quality were lifted through full implementation of the approved plan of correction. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey that was completed on November 30, 2022.
